Paytm mobile recharge app dissapointed me at the begining because when I have installed it past few months before then I used it for small other topup recharge at two three time then the recharge was also successfull then I was ok with that .It market value was also going good that day so I kept the app no matter how. After some days then I did a net data recharge for bsnl for rs 198 which was available in the plans option respectively, then I recharged it and after one day I gone to know that I have recharged something else which was a roaming offer and it give me 250 mb data and unlimeted call for only two three days. Then I said what and I was sure about that in option of plans there one month 1 and a half gb was given , then I thought what the problem was then I called to bsnl costumer care and got information about the plans and the plan I have recharge was a roaming they told me then I told them to also , that in given option it was of rs 198 but the costumer executive told me that the plane is of rs197 sir, then I said what, what the problem then he said whether the paytm members have not updated the plans or app policy sir .Then I said ok .
After all after some days again I did the same mistake and the plan was showing of rs 198 insted of 197 and there was no plan of 197 in whole zone then it thought whatever, and again I did recharge of 198 and it again recharged of roaming plan with no use then I called the costumer care again and he said the same thing again .In that case my 400 rs are gone withouth worth it , then I was totally dissapointed by the app and tried not to use it again., after that the kyc system came to paytm.as now I am using another recharge apps.
