I have been using Paytm about 2 years. This is the best app that are using for shopping for recharges for wallet and much more.
If we are talking talking about Customer services than this is the best app in the world. One day I buy a product from Paytm but accidentally the product is gone wrong and I received the damage product and I only message to PayTM that I received a damaged product suddenly the second day the courier company officer come at my home and take that item for me and the I receive money at the same day.
If we are talking about the delivery times then I wait Paytm little average because the other app like Flipkart Amazon delivered fast then Paytm.
The app of Paytm is really smooth and also the website is good for buy any product at this is one of the best app that are using for recharge.
This app is also very reliable because if we’re doing any recharge and accidentally if that recharge got failed then Paytm give instantly money back to us and give a chance to do once again.
