Today I am going to tell you about my bad experience with Paytm. Some days ago I recharged with 303 rs. I saw that the amount was deduct from the wallet but recharge was not successful.It was showing that your recharge is in processing.When I complaint about it, I got nowt satisfaction. They said that your recharge is in processing when it’ll be successful, we will notify you.I requested to call me but they did not call me and when I call to them then computer did not give me the option to talk to call center.
Most problem issue are: -
1) Do not call back at once.
2) Do not give the option to talk.
3) Do not reply at once.
4) Dull service.
5) Processing time 48hours is too much.
Bad app don’t trust.
