Earlier paytm.com was a platform for online recharge only but few years later patym takes a new decision to extend their services for online shopping. I am not saying that its bad to introduce something new but its bad to ignore its first ways of earning that was online recharges. Paytm is now only paying attention in their online shopping portal. On 24th Aug I recharged my number via paytm amount Rs. 155/- and the recharge was successful and the money got debited from my account but I did not got the benefits of the recharge. I tried to contact them but I am getting the same reply everytime wait for 24 hours. Money is not the big deal but I am very much disappointed form their services. Don’t make a false hope with paytm.
