The paytm is an online payments app and now they have upgraged themself to the online payments bank recently.
The reason that I have given it a negative rating is just because recently of my recent experience with the paytm while ordering one formal shirt.
I am a regular user of paytm and have been using it from last 1 years for payment and transfer till now.
But recently I seeked to order one formal shirt which was of 549 rs. And with the delivery chaarges it costed me 609 rs. Then it had given me a cashback of 165 rs under an offer but that cashback would be credited to me only when the order is shipped.
Every thing is okay, but the tym they are taking is not understandable that why they are taking so much of time.
I placed my order on 7th of september and yesterday only I got the notification that the order has been shipped.i don’t understand why they are taling so much time just for shipping the order while other sites sometimes get their orders delivered in this much of time.
Now they have given me 17th of September as the estimated delivery date. That means it will be the 11th day from the day I placed order.
Now who takes so much of time that too for a PREPAID ORDER.
Another experience is when I ordered nexa slipper. It costed me only 80rs but the size that I got was nearly of twelve whike I placed order for no. 9.
This things must be took into consideration as they may be a reason for a big concern for many of us like me.
