I booked tickets from Manali to Delhi bus ticket through Paytm, order id: 1217153677. On 9th Oct. I have cancelled my ticket after accepting the pop up message of "Rs.99 will be deducted as charges, remaining amount will be credited to paytm wallet".
I waited more than 2 hours to get my refund, it showed an error message that "Error processing refund". And it showed the information of "money refunded", but no amount was credited back to my wallet. I sent a message through facebook to paytm page with the ticket no: 113212583.
They asked me to wait till 24 hours, and they committed within 24 hours they amount will be reflected in my wallet. But nothing happens even after 48 hours, I have escalated through mail, messenger. And the given contact number was a recorded no, nothing is useful in that, we have to unnecessarily waste our money.
Atlast, paytm facebook team and customer care team both stopped their replies now. My money Rs.999 was gone.! They cheated me and robbed my money, now shutting their mouth tightly without giving answers. Such a fraudulent activity from paytm site.
Every users must stop using this site, and this paytm site must be banned.
