I loved paytm from the very first day it was launched, although it was freecharge who started the online recharge trend but there were quite a lot of problems with that too.
Then came paytm with a bang giving a loads of offers and cashbacks which caught everyone’s eye balls. Well mine too, Since that time everytime transaction of mine has been on it.
They introduced electricity bill payments recently also freecharge did it. I made the transactions on both because both were offering cashback for a single payment. The transaction on paytm went smoothly whereas on freecharge it got cancelled and got my money debited and I still remeber that I had to call them several time to credit my refund.
Then I bought a pair of adidas socks on paytm at just 180 rs. MRP 390 thought that it would be fake. But it was rather original loved the quality and services of paytm are extraordiniary.
