It is best website to make any kind of deal. I usually use paytm app to recharge my mobile and for ectricity bill payment . Albiet 2 times my transaction stucked but after complaining they returned my money.it is trustfull app but if any person don’t complain about failure of transaction or double payment error they dont return their money. paytm dosn’t have good customer service although they respond at email but their service is not real time. . customer has to face lots of problem because I have faced it . They need to improve their customer service besides customer service problem paytm is trustworthy .
