Paytm.com is one of the popular online shopping website as well as for popular for Mobile recharge. The recharge facility is really good and really superfast and I recommend always Paytm. But the products which they sell which are in really poor quality.
The products are not selling fast so that they are giving cashback offer. Once one offer was there one small product and which was freebie, so I orderd it and they sent me mail and Sms that the order successfully placed. Ita now 1 month still the product has not arrived, but in my account it is Showing that the product has delievered. And also my friend had bought Mobile which is also poor quality and now it is not working properly. Whenever put on the 3G the android system fails.
All the products are defective in Paytm. It is only suitable for recharge. Overall its a poor Online Shopping Website.
