If you are using paytm for normal recharge, it’s fine.but do not use it for product purchases which are available on paytm.com. Even you found they are giving huge discount, it;s actually not.from other sites you may find product 100-200 rs costly but then you can use any of their offers like payment through credit card another 5-10% discount. So it come same. I ordered three products from paytm.com but it sucks.the products are either delivered in incomplete set or they are faulty.
I ordered one water pump, but the delivery was in bad condition.seems like old product and one of the pipe was missing in the order. The coffee maker I ordered was having several scratches and the back part is was broken. I returned all my three orders and it took lot time to recover my money.
These sites have tie-up with such merchants which want to clear out their old/faulty stocks it seems.be aware.
