Had ordered for Samsung Power Bank but received an empty box 10 days ago. Informed their Support team at the very same time but the issue is no resolved yet.
Had provided their required info several times. Vijay(CEO) is also taken in loop but still its not resolved. So pathetic.
Worst service headed by the worst CEO & it will surely come to an end with such action plan & service. Will never suggest & go for Paytm now. They are only looting customer’s money. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
