Worst Customer Care & Suspecting their honesty.

I have a Paytm wallet account which I opened through my desktop. I used to use their website not app. Recently I added some amount money to that wallet. Then I tended to withdraw it. But then I learnt that withdrawing money to bank account is only possible via Paytm app. Then I installed Paytm app in my Tablet. Then Rs. 638 in my account. But after installing the app, I found that my balance has turned into zero. I sent email to their customer care email id twice on 17.07.2017 and 18.07.2017. But they are not showing any courtesy to respond. Now I’m beginning to doubt their honesty. They should at least reply to my email. I’m attaching snapshots of my sent email to them. They say that they reply to their customer’s query within 24 hours. So.such is their service.
