Paytm appears to be on the verge of collapsing in front of the public. Without the customer’s knowledge or approval, they linked the bank account to the same mobile number. The account has been linked, according to a text message I received. The account is for a business and was not intended to be linked to a personal app. Paytm, on the other hand, appears unfazed about the situation. Their money accounts are linked, and they each have their own set of goals to achieve. Simply find the account connected with the phone and connect it to the app! Who will put a stop to Paytm breaching the law?
My Paytm account had been hacked, and when I contacted customer service, they stated they couldn’t help me until I filed a police report(s). Despite the fact that immediate action was required, I made the necessary arrangements and sent the copy through email.
After that, instead of responding to me via email, their workers communicated with me via the App, with no warning of any conversation. When I pressed the CSE for further details, she said the case had been closed because I had not responded to the App’s notifications. Furthermore, the fraudster has consumed the money that was fraudulently charged.
Too many problems occur; When you have to pay and your payment application takes time to load. So I don’t like Paytm at all.
