PAYTM IS HIGHLY INSECURE AND UNRELIABLE I have been using PAYTM since November 2016. On 16th January 2016 I added ₹3000 to my Paytm through my debit card for which I received an SMS confirming my updated balance. On 16th Janaury 2016 when I wanted to use PAYTM again, to my horror, my passbook showed balance of ZERO. It also advised me to “START” using PAYTM as if I had not done any transaction earlier. Their response to my complaint is also very cold. What I have got till date is a complaint Ticket No. Its almost impossible to speak to customer care Would advise the general public to refrain from using PAYTM.Dont do any transanctions.They swallow your money and no actual redressal system.
