Today i’m going to share my experience with all of you about paytm online store. I’m very frequent user of paytm, atleast twice in a month I use paytm, it’s very good online app.
Every month I recharge and pay my bills through paytm, they give so many cash back offers which you can use to buy other products, recharge, to bay bills, or even we can transfer that money from your wallet to your bank account.
Using this app we can do from recharge to investing gold.
Since last one year I bought so many apparels and accessories from paytm, they are delivered on time and quality is also good.
Not only small products, I bought aircooler last year and washing machine last month. They delivered the products earlier than the delivery date. I got the aircooler and washing machine 3k-4k less price when compared to other online stores and offline stores.
Only one drawback in paytm is, their customer service is not so good, they have given customer care numbers for each and every section separately, but no response from that.
If they improve the customer care service, then paytm will be the number one digital bank in future. Hope they will do this as soon as possible.
