Hello guys I tell you my expriance in paytm is good mobile app and Think twice before purchasing anything from paytm. I have a[inappropriate content removed]experience with these guys. I ordered a woodland shoe of cost RS 5295. The sole of the shoe is damaged within 16 days. I do not have any doubts in the brand since I am using woodland for past 5 years. Actually I found the damage on 16th day. yet I wastold from the customer supporting team that you are not eligible for returns or replacement since 15 days over. I fcukedup. So it will be good to have a special agreement and policies with them before ordering anything costly. They are not even ready to think from user perspective. Still I do not know one thing, how they can enhance their business without having a good relationship with their users.
