This is second time & it is so not acceptable, on 17 jan 2016 on 7:41 pm I recharge my reliance mobile number with 108 rupees, my money was deducted but recharge didnt happen .here what I faced, I wriiten to paytm it is as follows,
this is second time I m facing problem my money got deducted from bank but recharge didnt happen, I rechage with 108 for my reliance no, I call the customer care but I was holding line for more than 7 minutes there u go more 7 rupees was wasted to call ur paytm customer care who goona refund that, coming to the point look into this matter asap this is second time, I want my refund back, I dont want all meaning less answer like Sorry about that . I want my problem solved.

after 2 day, paytm didnt reply my mail, so unprofessional, now on 19 jan 2016 so I wrote another email to paytm

so I call today another time to patym customer care, I think they were solving their personal problem, waiting there customer to hold the line forever. I m sure I never gonna use paytm again, I want to share this experience with as many people has possible so that now, before ordering a product from Paytm, I want to sue them in a court for fraudulence. But then, I have better things to do rather than waste anymore time
