I have been using this paytm app for last 1.5 years, I had very good experience with this app. this app is very user-friendly and updated regularly for better experience.i found very convenient for bill payments, flight booking, movie tickets, online cash transfer . if anything goes wrong with cash transfer or payment, the money will be credited back to our account in 24 hours, so no need to worry about any technical difficulties. they provide cashback offers for deposits and payments and that is good. but the customer support and shopping departments in this software is average. that is the only problem I found in this app.
