Well talking about paytm it’s the most used wallet app in India.The reason is just quite very simple as it is very easy to use.Very user freindly interface and the best thing is the classic theme of the app which is White and Blue.The all in one app for all kinds of bokings and recharges.The failure rate is 0% as I have never faced failure. Cashbacks are not avaiable very easily and not in all the category. Once I had added ₹180 in my wallet via SBI debit card but don’t know where the money vanished. Even the customer care could’nt provide solution to it. But overall I love this app for it’s wide acceptance with almost all the merchants and kirana stores
