Not a Fake but the service Fucks

It is better to do mobile recharge only here instead of shopping if you want to do.

As there is no touch and feel of products in online shopping, consumers look for the most reliable service with comparatively cheapest price of the product.

I am an impulse buyer and frequent user of PAYTM using it past from 3 yrs for mobile recharge. My monthly transaction at PAYTM is Rs1000 - Rs3500.  I do a lot of exercises before shopping to find out the best price and quality of products those I want to purchase. 90% of the time I felt dissatisfied with the service and the products they provided. Those are:-

1) Worst customer service: Very late reply, reply of agents are ineffective and not helpful, very casual reply and not understanding customer’s point of view, their effort and time consumed for ordering the product, getting a reply to the same query for the second time is like a dream, edited automatically generated e-mails.

2) Worst quality of products: Low quality products, Choose cloth of one colour and receive another colour, Sometimes scratched and broken products, branded electronics items looks like second hand repaired items.

3) Worst quality of Packaging: It is very funny. Many time you will get products packed in Flipkart and Snap Deal cartons and adhesive stickers in come out condition. All individual accessories you find open inside the mother packaging. Branded electronics items you receive in normal packaging and have no original brand packaging.

4) Delivery Service: It is pathetic. Website declares they take 3-4 days delivery in Metro and 7-8 days in other locations. I stay in Mumbai. I never got a delivery before 9 days. In Diwali I got after 14 days. So, clearly this is a fraud declaration.

In case of any discounts and cash back if it is coming to the PAYTM wallet service it is fine but in case of any refund due to rejection of a product should come to the bank account and not to the PAYTM wallet. I have rejected a product costs around Rs2500. If it is coming to the PAYTM wallet, then I can not use this money to shop anywhere else.
