Hi I am riyaz from hyderabad.this is my personal experience with paytm.i am in hurry to book railway tickets, I have paid three times with paytm wallet, the money will be deducted from wallet but ticket not booked.please do any modification in server, to serve us better.it was the biggest wallet in india, but unable to serve the people better.the customer service also bad, they pronce the terms whatever it is available on their screen, we can read it on app.even if you do email, they will copy and paste, they doesn’t listen the query
