I am using paytm mobile app for almost 2years, it’s kind of a good concept of carrying soft money with you and you don’t need to worry about carrying money everywhere as it is widely acceptible too.
But, the problem is with the products I bought on paytm till now.
Firstly it takes a lot of time for orders to get delivered. Than there is no reliabilityof products but returns are also slow.
Atfirst, I ordered a skullcandy earphones for almost 50 Rs cheaper than amazon price with 138Rs cashback, so I was getting benefitted largely by the deal.
My next order was an extension chord which is working fine till now.
But after that problems starts to arise when I order a novel, when I received my order it was completely different what I ordered and it took 9 days to get delivered than 2 days to returned and after that 6 more days for me to got the original novel.
After that I ordered a Tshirt that was nicely displayed in their stock and I ordered it I got that T for 350Rs but when it came to me it was not even worth for 150 bucks. I returned it.
Few days ago I ordered a pair of slippers and after a few days of that I got suddenly logged out of my account all of a sudden and unable to login again as the mobile no. registered with my paytm accout is no longer used by me so, I can’t even access my account and after that just like most of time I received a wrong oder, but can’t do anything about it.
Still for payment options it’s quite useful so’ I would recommend this app for payment options but not for shopping purpose.
