Hey reader’s today I am going to share my experience with shopping with paytm. I Almost every time do all my monthly recharges of mobile and dish tv with paytm.Com and I never get dissatisfied with the service provided by them.
Till date paytm.Com is the best online recharge site available in the market. But now a day’s they have increased their area and now they are also in the field of online shopping. I had brought several products from paytm.Com and every time I was satisfied with the delivered product but 1 time I got damaged product I complained it to the paytm customer service and they resolved my issue within a minute, so according to me the customer service provided my the paytm is good I had no complaints of it, their service centre works 6 days in a week and resolve almost every issue. The app provided by paytm is awesome and easy to use for a new person also. Paytm does not has it’s own delivery service, it gets your product delivered with the help of 3 party delivery system, which takes almost 5 to 8 days to reach through the desired destination and covers every part of India. The product quality of paytm is average.
I have rated it average because they have delivered me wrong product, so be aware before buying a product.
Although I will say that paytm.Com is a good site for every type of online recharges, but for buying a online products I will suggest one should go for other sites.
