Nowadays many online recharge and shopping site launched some of them are good and some of them are bad but no one is hundred percent good one example is Paytm for online recharge and shopping it is very good website for online mobile recharge and bill payment but Paytm have issue which may be big problem for users I am using Paytm from last 1 years earlier than Paytm launched then it have some issues. Look too much time completely charged sometimes it took more than one day to complete the recharge few times Paytm made by transaction processing status for long time then it was that was more irritating for me. After few months Paytm had improved their system very well recharge can successful instantly I just love their service what other than if Paytm have some negative points
Bad customer service- I always get a bad experience when I contact with their customer care team their mail customer care service is fully wrost always they provide unnecessary wrong information after asking any help the answer me with another topic different from my question to reply me they always get more and more time sometimes they dont reply anything but before few months their Facebook customer care was awesome they are very helpful with in few hours there reply and solve my issue but few days ago I finished a problem and asked them in their Facebook private message they answer me totally wrong information I asked them dquotes then they answer me hi please select the save card and Slate the adguard you can use the new card for the transaction thanks dquotes I asked them how can I change my saved bank account in which I have set receiving payment the answer with a process by which I can change my saved debit card so this is totally wrong again I reply them with my profile period but no reply after waiting 2 days for the reply again I sent a reminder to help me but till now they dont reply me again and again I asked for help but no reply so it is your dad there customer care team is very bad and unfreindly
