Need improvement

The app though providing good services needs a lot of improvement in terms of it’s products it offers. The recharge part of this app is also buggy too.


When you try to recharge 2-3 no back to back, then the subsequent nos gets stuck at processing and it takes hours for those nos stuck in processing to clear.


When you try to buy products at their app, then what problem I had was that I couldn’t add the product to my cart. I mailed the problem to the customer care team to whivh they said they are working on it and they have been working in it since past 2 months.


BSNL landline recharges are not available from past few months too.


The platform is good but some improvements can make me like the app.
