I lately have been hearing about PAYTM but unfortunately I guess PAYTM hasn’t been able to handle popularity well.
Their constant non effort of maintain substandard services and poor customer service has been commendable. Each month you can avail a cashback only of Rs.10, 000. If transacting more than 10, 000 than it will be forwarded to next month or else you submit KYC documents and get it upgraded by 10 times more i.e. Rs.1 Lac per month.
Wooowww awesome but unfortunately PAYTM is JUST NOT INTERESTED in a customer like you who is willing to submit all documents willingly and requested for an account upgrade twice but NO ONE EVER CONTACTED from PAYTM.
You keep calling and writing to them to get the documents collected but no one ever bothers to revert back. PAYTM doesnt care and neither seems keen in a customer like whose gonna make them do all the extra paper work.
Honestly, later in a discussion with fellow shoppers from office around 10-15 of us realized how pathetic paytm has been and which is focusing only on SELLING. After sales services and customer services is simply pathetic and disappointing and slow and one that makes you very ANGRY.
At the end, make your choice wisely and one you can rely on. Good Luck,
