As far as mobile recharge concerned paytm is the excellent website for this. Whenever I have to make mobile recharge, data card payments or bills I always prefer to use paytm for this because it is fast, reliable and safe and it has been in the market from quite long time. Their service and support time is always very prompt and quick .
I only use PayTM for mobile recharges I have never make any product purchase on PayTM so I can not say anything about it
