Paytm, is an Indian online shopping website and online payment website and app, I’am using paytm for nearly 6 months, I had no issues with it, but on 6 April I had recharged for ₹303 for my Jio sim, but till now I didn’t got the recharge, in the app its saying "processing" and "transaction is successful" and even the money has also got deducted from my paytm wallet but till now I didn’t got the recharge, I had tried calling customer care, the recorded voice says that if your recharge says "processing" after 2 hours you can cancel your order, but the worst thing is its almost 2 days and there is no option to cancel the order. I made many efforts to talk to Customer care executive, but there is not any option to do that, all you can do is mail your problem. The customer service is not good at all, paytm has the worst customer service. Earlier I had ordered some products from paytm those products were good, the product quality is good. It took almost 5-6 days to deliver the product, but paytm is still taking time for my recharge. The paytm app and the website seems to be ineffective and is not that useful, there is no option "cancel order" which is very common, I hope paytm resolves this as soon as possible. Its not at all reliable, paytm is not at all reliable, please stop using this guys, many people are facing this issue, many people are not getting their recharges done even after 2 days and I’am one of them, it’s not so reliable.
