My friend had added Rs1000 to my wallet which I gave him one day. so today I credited the amount to my account. it showed transaction was successful. but when I went to atm to draw money it showed no amount in my account. for my surprise I cant see the transaction of Rs1000 in my orders. what I can do please help me . it only showed that the transaction was successful while I was transferring. I dint even got the sms to my mobile of the transaction . it just got disappeared. and when I tried to contact customer care service its of no use, computer is asking to press the numbers for some particular complaint and going on further at last before I press the key its saying you have pressed the wrong key try again after saying it for 3 times, it is disconnecting the call. for even which for my surprise again I was charged rs 5 for those ain’t profitable attempt.
