How is Paytm making money.
Here is my case.
I have ordered a cooler on 27th May and it should reach be within one week.
As it was delayed, I informed the same to Paytm and they asked me refuse the product if it reaches me.
It’s been two months now and still I didn’t receive the product and even money.I didn’t get proper response, even though I repeteadly asked paytm.
On one day, unfortunately they changed the status to "delivered" silently. I was shocked to see that and asked paytm, they said they will get the "proof of delivery". It’s been 1month they said they will get "POD" but still I didn’t get it.
When I checked the status of delivery in Fedex, they wrote it as "refused by receipent". I dont understand, what is happening here, Either I didn’t receive the product or money,
Paytm is simply cheating customers and making money blindly, never ever purchase from paytm. see the image, the courier says it was not delivered and paytm says it was delivered, How can they change the status even though the product was not delivered to me?
I have emailed n number of times, but always they say we are still looking into this issue,
its been 2 months now and dont know what they are still doing.
Guys, never ever go with paytm.
