So I open up paytm’s mouthshut page and see a 1 star rating and people calling it liar, worst service and fraudster, etc! lol! I have been using paytm for recharging my prepaid phone since 1 year now and I absolutely faced no issues!
The payment is fast, the recharge is fast and if the recharge fails, I’ve got my refund and if not, it has been transferred to paytm cash and I have used this cash many times to recharge again. I really dont know what people are really not happy with:) I would certainly recommend paytm for its speed and for the fact that it is so simple and easy to use. They deserve some credit na!
