I Placed an order last week for I phone 6 32 GB there was the offer for cash back of rupees 6000. I received the order on time but did not get the cash back even after 5 days. I tried to contact and raise my issue many times on customer care and via application but no response
After such a long time it seems that it was just a hoax so that paytm get more visitors and buyers on it’s website, the site is not trust-able there is no TAT or commitment for anything.
2 days back I have updated on their FB page as well but 0 response they are least bothered about their customers.

- I have to bring into your kind notice that I had placed an order with Order No. 3704289082 last week for I phone where you guys were offering some cash back in 24 hours once order delivered and the order was delivered on 22 Aug since 24th I am requesting for cash back but I am not getting any response from paytm mall I did not get the cash back so far
Please let me know when I will get my cash back or you guys just making your customers.
Why on your site it is mentioned that cash back will be credited in account within 24 hours
