I have been following up with PayTms CSR - Abhay and Sandeep continuously since almost 1 week now and there is no solution.
The order was placed about 2+ weeks and they sent a wrong color of the phone. when we contacted their customer support(not toll free) said that they all are busy I was holding for 5 minutes.
Then hung up and the same continued for about 3 days, after which I finally thought to exhaust all my balance remaining in the phone and believe me I was on hold for exactly 10:00min. After which I thought to tweet.
As soon as I tweeted they replied and arranged a call back after which I have been still waiting for the resolution and now they replied me on.FB saying they expect my patience for a few more hours?
Suggestion: Please NEVER buy from PayTm as their merchants are also not verified and there is alot of delay and waste of time in their returns as they keep co-ordinating with their merchants forever.
