Have been using this website for the past 2 years and I have had wonderful experience with PayTm. It’s the best place to recharge your prepaid account or DTH. Postpaid bill can be paid and gas and electricity bills for few regions. I will now discuss the best and worst aspects -
1) Recharge - First things first, recharging your no. is very fast and hardly there are any server issues. All types of operators are available. If your payment gets failed, it is refunded to your wallet within a few days.
2) Bill payments - Gas and electricity payments can be made. I hope Paytm includes other regions also. Very few options.
3) Paytm wallet - Loading your paytm wallet is very smooth, you can use debit, credit card or netbanking. Time to time cashbacks on various merchants are available which helps you save a lot of money. You can send money to friends and bank transfer.
4) Wide variety of items - Apart from recharge, you can shop for various products from electronics to books and home needs. You get hefty cashbacks and discounts.
5) The app is user friendly on Android but needs to improve on Windows Phone.
Suggestions:
1) The app is not at all user friendly on Windows Phone. Needs to improve.
2) Apart from bus bookings, you can give provision for IRCTC rail bookings also.
3) Add more deals, very limited stock available.
4) Need to improve customer support. Reply takes a lot of time.
Overall, I am quite happy with this site. Fast checkout and lot of payment options.
