I always have wondered how paytm.com an online eCommerce website is giving so much of discounts, even 100% cashback sometimes. I got the answer recently when I placed an order for my Kid. My ORDER NO: 1089988060, an Electronic Musical Keyboard made by Stylezit and the model No. is MQ-5468. I had placed this order on 14/07/2015 and today is 21/07/2015 I still see my order status as “Waiting for Courier to Pick-up”. 7 days? It is ridiculous! My question is; where is the seller located; In a Forest or in some Caves or in the Sky? Why is he not reachable to any courier service for 7 days? As per their promise I should have received the item within 7 days but even today, the item is still lying with the seller.
Well the Answer I found is “A SIMPLE TRICK by PAYTM.COM” It is nothing but a trick to utilise my money for their Business for these 7 days and finally cancel the order either by themselves or force me to cancel. In my case it is just Rs.1000 but, how many innocent people are using this site? How much money is involved? It would be in Lacks if we sit and calculate…this is how they mint money by utilising public money and I forgot to mention; they give it a sweet name “YOUR WALLET” but actually the money remains with THEM for months together in some cases, but still the wallet is yours and money is theirs.very funny.
Oh.Sorry I forgot to mention another interesting thing about their Customer support team.a team full of Parrots. Whatever Question you pose to them.their reply would be the same "We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to provide a resolution for your issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 24.48 or 72 hrs."
Well they are eagerly waiting for me to cancel the order but I won’t. let me see how their management react to this and how far they go.
I will surely come-up with an update soon.
Please Dear readers…do not encourage such sites, stop buying from this kind of sellers who lures us by giving huge discounts and offers and let us not become prey to this kind of eCommerce websites.

Hello My dear Friends,
I am back with an update today(24/07/2015). Today I have received the order NO: 1089988060, an Electronic Musical Keyboard made by Stylezit, model No.MQ-5468 after a long fight with PAYTM. AS EXPECTED THE ITEM IS FAULTY. Turning ON but, NO SOUND AT ALL, I tried with all volume levels and also tried all buttons on it, but of no use. So I have no regrets writing the above review and I was totally correct about PAYTM and their sellers. PAYTM is nothing but a junk-yard selling all useless items which are either faulty or damaged or discarded by other online sellers.
Thank God, it was only a matter of Rs.1000 and I am saved. What if I had bought a Laptop or something very expensive? I feel very sorry for those who purchase expensive items from this "PAYTM.COM" eCommerce website. My kind suggestions to the readers is not to buy even a pin from this site or even don’t accept things if they offer it for free. Let’s not encourage this kind of people. I am also talking to one of my friends who is Lawyer to move against PAYTM in a Legal way and I am very glad that one of the Newspapers has also agreed to publish this matter.
