Not able to login paytm "Money Stuck"

The app was working fine a month ago

But now I am unable to login and stuck with the money in the paytm wallet

The servers have become worst now dont know what happened to paytm

I am trying to reach the customer care but the system always says that the executive is busy with another call

I am seriously disappointed its been 20 days since I am trying to login
