Go cashless is a good concept but we needed some support for small transactions for that specially after demonetization cause the lines in bank was so much that everyone wanted to save cash for urgency and at this part of timeline PAYTM became a big support for people, vendors, small shops and fast food centres.
It is easy yo sign up, give money and transfer from bank to paytm and paytm to bank.
The only problem what I feel is different wallets should have facility to exchanging money.
Ex. I should be allowed to transfer money to paytm even from my jio wallet or airtel wallet.
It seem to me as if I have a Vodafone sim and I can only call Vodafone number, this has to be looked after in coming future.
Otherwise PAYTM is good idea and a very useful concept.
