I am using the paytm app from more than 2 years its interface is userfriendly and easy to use. You can pay your electricity bill, recharge mobile, wifi, send or recieve money instantly through the UPI book your train, flight or bus tickets or book tickets for movie if you wanna watch one and what not, and now you can even invest in gold through the new feature in paytm where you can buy gold with no minimum limit be it Rs.1 and secure it in the paytm secure locker and sell it when you want to do so or get it delivered it to your home but for that you have to give some making charges.The paytm also gives you many good schemes time to time like I got 1000 rs. Cashback on my flight ticket.No doubt it is the largest Indian payment portal but somethings need to be improved like in the gas booking section many of the agencies are missing and same during the wifi recharge for example I am using you broadband which is not included in the the paytm. Also it should improve its range and quality of products it sells although the price is decent but the quality is not good enough. Though some improvements are required but it is one of the most trusted payment portal and hope it will remain so and even become better with time and provide us new and exciting services.
