I have nearly stopped going to any other online website after buying from Paytm. It beats all the other websites by a huge margin as far as price is concerned.
In returning a product as well, I have faced no problems as yet.
They often provide inadequate information about the products, but considering the huge discounts, it is acceptable.And really, mouthshut should remove this infernal min. 400 words limit!
