Never book any Bus Tickets from PayTm.If you want to know the reason, please read the below story about my nightmare. On 04-Mar-2016 I have booked two tickets(2+2 AC Pushback) from **Delhi to Nainital**. Journey date was 10-Apr-2016. The tickets were confirmed.
We have reached Delhi on 10-Apr-2016 morning. In the afternoon, we have called the travel agent(**Volvo Safar Travels-volvosafar.in**) to confirm about schedules and departure place. They confirmed that they will pick up us from R.K.Ashram at 9 P.M. We have reached early, bus came late. To our surprise, we were asked to temporarily sit in the bus as this bus won’t go to Nainital. They will put us in different bus from Anand Bihar. We reached Anand Bihar at 11 P.M. but there were no Bus. Volvo Safar Travels do not have any bus.They are a mere travel agent. We waited for more than 30 mins.
In between I have made multiple calls to the Volvo Safar Travels executive about the inconvenience. At 11 30 P.M. they have boarded us in a bus. After starting the journey, we were shocked to know that t**his bus won’t go to Nainital**.It will go to Barielly, UP Again I called the executive, they assured us that there will be a separate arrangement at **Rampur, UP**, we have to get down there . We were scared, shocked, sleepless, worried and helpless all the night.We were just praying that the night gets over.
At 4 50 A.M. morning we had to get down at Rampur. It was dark outside.There were very few people in the road.The bus conductor told us to board local **Tempo type Auto Rickshaw.** Since we were scared we hesitated but boarded that.There were no separate transport arrangement for us at Rampur.
This journey from Rampur to Rudrapur was hell, it was very uncomfortable. Road was not good and the driver was in hurry. We were asked to get down at Rudrapur, UP and we have asked to provide the fare.
It was 6 A.M., daylight is now there. Again we boarded another tempo type car from Rudrapur to Haldwani, but this time got better seats. It was not good but we got accustomed to it.
At 7 A.M. we reached Haldwani. Then hired a private car to reach Nainital. After that, till today I have written to PayTm Care multiple times about this issue .But till now they have not taken any step towards Volvo Safar Travels.
I am an customer of PayTm for over 5 years. PayTm is no more "Seal of Trust", may be it’s good only for recharging not for ticketing at least.
