Team Paytm, this is complain that your customer service is totally nonsense and very irritating. In January 2015, I wanted to transfer the cash in my Paytm account wallet into my bank account but your website had no option given for that. Then I tried to transfer that money into my friends Paytm wallet but your website refused to do that also.
Everytime I asked for help and support, your customer care representatives, in their late replies, categorically refused to solve my grievances and instead asked me to download the Paytm android app. I told them that I dont have a smartphone and it is not possible for me to do so. And once again their oft repeated automated reply came that they can do nothing andwill be glad to help me in future. Utter nonsense attitude of Paytm staff!
If Paytm has no intentions to solve the concerns of insignificant people like us, then why do they ask us toPaytm Karo in the first place? This is highly unprofessional, careless, arrogant, high-handed and irresponsible attitude of Paytm staff which has trivialized such a small matter. I hope they will take note of my complaint this time around and do the needful immediately. Waiting for your quick and positive response.
