I’m using this application since 12 to 15months. First time users feels very good and then totally felt down for old users. It doesn’t give cashback offers. Concept is good and first wallet got success in pay all payments in one application. Design and layout is also good but slightly hanging in it.
Last time I used this application for electricity bill payment. I entered all informations and got payment option and applied ok. Than, my recharge was failed and my INR 3560 deducted from my bank account. But, Bill was not successful paid. I really refused when it occurs. I was urgent at the time and it got me failed. Very bad experience at the time. I mailed and they told me about refunds in 7 to 10days. Totally worst application.
