The paytm app offers alot of offers but the offer code does not work for an electricity or telephone bills.The management has no idea what to do with the kyc it been a month since they have only replied that kyc is completed but not verified a number of mails and follows up have lead to no outcome however the custoner service is excellent but they are only great at giving generic statements and no commitment to close the query.On whole the app is relatively ok but not as great as they advertise to be.paytm do not have the best follow up process to close all queries they should take customers seriously and not make them fools as the customer is the crust of every business to flourish.
