Hello friends today I am going to share my experience about Paytm.com.I am using paytm app since 2016 but several times I feel problem while using this.And I would like to share some of these.
Once I was paying electricity bill of rs. 148 but when I added rs. 200 from bank account to paytm wallet, transaction was failed and money was didn’t added on paytm wallet but rs. 200 is deducted from my bank account.And I still didn’t get refund amount on my PNB bank account.When I called to customer care they responded my call after long time and told me that deducted amount will be refund after few days but it doesn’t happpen.
So it’s my humble request to paytm authority to take proper action to resolve this type of problems.
