I booked a train ticket for three Person @ 1289 /- and only got the refund for two person still one person refund has not made . I recently had a peek at the horrible side of aishwaryasingh23tm. Its customer care department is non existent. They have no tollfree helpline , the paid ones accept only the call from registered mobiles , calling from registered numbers drains one time and even the customer care representatives either hang up or you to a senior executive very rude behaviour.
