I am the user of Paytm since May 2015.
One of my friend told me about it when paytm is offering free Rs.25 for new users. I opened my own account and also opened my family members account so that we can share money whenever required.
Since then I never go to a retailer for recharge my mobile, all recharges I done through paytm only and got rid of queue.
I am also using paytm mobile app and found it very helpful in utility services such as bus, shopping, deals etc.
