Paytm was my favorite shopping site now its not.
I am sharing my recent problem facing with paytm.
On 25 June 2017 I order a Laptop from paytm as I need a new laptop urgent. Order no: 3431149608 the laptop cost around Rs. 28k. It show expected delivery date 29 June - 3 July 2017 its seams ok for me. The laptop was shipped on next day i.e. on 26 June 2017 but after 27 June 2017 there is no update on delivery status its show the same information as 27 June. So I have send a message using paytm mobile app asking information about its information but they have no time to reply me.
Today 03/07/2017 I have call them but I tell that all of there customer support are busy so wait or call later . Than I prefer to wait to talk with the customer support but after waiting of 7min they disconnect the call. Than again I send message using paytm mobile app but sill I did’t receive any info. I know I can cancel the order but I need the laptop so I am not doing.
How people will trust them? I have give them Rs. 28K for the laptop but getting no support from their side. They have no time to help me.
Really paytm is becoming a thug.
My message to Paytm: Please improve your service as well as your customer support otherwise people will start losing trust on you.
