The customer support services of paytm to their customer is very bad .My personal experience is that some days ago I booked my movoes tickets through paytm and I use my wallet money for payments and I apply cashback code but the cashback isnt coming and I dropped a complaint on paytm customwr care several times but the never contact me at all . MY COMPLAINT’S REPLY ISNT COME YET . And many times the server are slow the shows error and all and when you are going for online payment they take lot of time and sometimes they cut the amount from bank account and the work is not done . They make people fool and evry time the put some conditions on promocodes so you cant use . AVOID PayTm
