I did a mistake by selecting prepaid to pay my postpaid mobile bill. Amount is deducted and I never got my money back. I tried to mail them, they are just not responding at all. They don’t even have a customer care number to call them. I suggest people to use the websites provided by service providers to recharge or pay bills.
