Today I am going to review about a new renowed app in the market - Paytm App.
Paytm app is used to recharge, send and recieve money online. This app is very popular amongst youngsters but the truth about this app is quite bitter.
I experienced this Paytm app for about 1 month sending and recieving money and taking other opinions and came to a decision that this app is that level which it has got.
So, here are some disadvantages or say limitations of this payment app which everyone should know.
Here we go : -
- Since many of the indians are not familiar with online transactions and online payment, many of us fall into the trap called PHISHING.
This app has not got any of the security features to avoid these types of traps. The cases of Phishing are so vulnerable that a well educated man would also fall into it. Its security measures should be improved.
Since, we will we totally dependent on online cash problem arises when we are travelling to a rural place and there is no online payments options and you are also not carrying physical cash. Now, you are in a big trouble.
In case your phone is lost you will loose all your money that is kept in the Paytm since Paytm does not have any of the email ID or any other kind of authentication process to be followed. You can not risk to loose your phone or you are finished economically.
And if what you are not connected to the internet. Paytm requires a internet connection everytime you send or recieve any type of online cash. When its an emergency and you donot have a internet connection your PAYTM is of no use.
